It is really hard to describe because there’s never been anything else quite like it because of the unusual aroma. It is balanced with residual sweetness. Fermented with 150 year old strain of top-fermenting English yeast.

Woodie Gold is a brewed with Tettnanger and imported noble Saaz hops, which produce wonderfully spicy flavor true to classic pilsener style. With a combination of Vienna malts, pale barley, and wheat balance that will surely will hops with a delicious biscuity flavor and produce a golden beautiful color. A refreshing lager finishes crisp and dry. A slightly sparkling light golden lager with a small, soft white head that leaves really good lacing. The taste really fades quickly and ends ups a tad way. The is the beer that your father loves to drink.

An old Thumper is an orange color with a thick head formation, good bubbly carbonation and a very buttery nose. The palate is rich and malty with slightly sweet at first, have a lots of mushroom-like and buttery Ringwood Character. The finish is a touch cidery, and becomes increasingly bitter with a hint of mint. The bitterness lingers on the tongue after sipping. A truly classic English style ale and surely you will enjoy. It is good to paired up with cheese and garlic sausages cooked in olive oil with peppers and onions. The side dished of mashed potatoes that will surely a perfect match. The original gravity is slightly higher than normal at 1.060 and the alcohol content at about 5.5%. A mouthful is medium, crisp and refreshing an easy to drink and have this well balanced.

Huber Premium beer is a very pale, straw and yellow beer with a thin white creamy head. At the first glance it looks like Budweiser with more head. A clean tasting, thirst-quenching beer with a mild malty aroma which can give you a delicate hops and very faint fruit. A smooth beer with a nice mellow balance of light fruity malt sweetness, grain flavour and equal hop flavour. The feeling is simple but it does offer the flavor on the outside edges of the tongue which can give you a unique experience. And I think it is good to paired up with some little sweet cakes or pasta.

Golden Monkey Beer is a strong and sensual Belgian style ale that glows and give you a goodness feeling. With an appearance of hazy, cloudy, full of particulate. The smell of the alcohol is a yeast, spice and fruity that give you an oozing to the nose. A surprisingly sweet with a malt and fruity flavors with spices afterward that surely will give a strong impressions. The alcohol is distractingly strong and a mouth feel unexpectedly because of the heavy style. A combination of carbonation that make the beer heavier palate. Overall, it was enjoyable to drink.

HopDevil Ale is menacingly delicious with a powerful aromatic punch of whole flower American hops backed up by a rich, German malts. Pour it nicely and it will give a golden cloudy with a decent head but it will fade quickly. It have a roller coaster ride of flavor, coasting to a smooth finish that satisfies fully. A copper/amber with a spicy citrus hits the nose but will fade away afterward. It is strong on hops but malty enough to drink multiples. A very satisfying in it’s balance and perfect mouth feel a not too full, not too thin and not too carbonated.

Snow Cap Ale is a rich, full bodied winter warmer crafted in the British Tradition beers that will amazed you. The color is dark almost dark as the bottle and the smell incredible as well. The hints of the caramel and a faint underscore of chocolate somehow give you intensified feeling. The nice combination of flavors will give you a taste of lightly bitter and a clung to the mouth. This is a highly drinkable and desirable form in a cold weather. The Snow Cap Ale is good to pair with chocolate desserts and really give you an enjoyment and you will never forget.

Anchor Stream is a deep amber color, think head, and have a rich flavor with a taste of malt, with a long hop finish. The bitterness of the beer is all around but it is overpowering that will have a good carbonation in the mouth. Drinkability is good and surely you will asked for another one. Very lacing but awesome tasting beer. I think it is good to be paired up with any food you found in the bar or any food you like to eat. A very unique beer and a very exceptional.

IPA a smooth smell of perfumes alcohol, fruitiness and a malt. Although the newer versions frequently overshadow the malt with strong hops. A poured cloudy amber color with an average frothy white head that lasted with excellent lacing. With a moderate tart citrus aroma and a medium and dry slick texture. The medium bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. A lovely flavor, bread crust and caramel. To top in all, it is very tasty but somewhat sweet. And I think very perfect sample of the style, a very well done beer and a well balanced. Try to paired with delicate cuisine and seafood, it proved a bit overpowering and enough to stand up to rich entrees and sauces. It is also good to paired with strong cheese, casseroles, stews, barbecue and all manner of red and these will surely you will enjoy.
