Name of Beer (ie: Downtown Brown): Scape Goat

Style of Beer (ie: Ale, Lager, IPA, etc..): Ale

Size of Beer (ie: keg, 12 oz bottle, draft, etc…) : 12 oz bottle

Scape Goat is a very smooth brew, a very refreshing and well-balanced to taste. It consider as the best English Style pale ale brewed in North American Brewers’ Association competitions at Mississippi. A brewed with pale, crystal malts, and Kent Goldings and Crystal Hops. It has a fairly watery mouth feel and it would be easy to drink a lot of this beer. It doesn’t have a very strong nose that we can detect, the taste is reminded of some grapefruit and orange. A very interesting and tasty brew. The maltiness is stands there with a lightly toasted flavor, yeast jumps in at the same time with a nutty note.

Style of Beer (ie: Ale, Lager, IPA, etc..): Ale

Size of Beer (ie: keg, 12 oz bottle, draft, etc…) : 16 oz draft

This Barley Wine has a very intense and complex beverage with alcohol content equal to most wines. It had a taste of hearty, sweet malt favor which is offset by a strong and bitter flavoring from hops for balance. This is the best beer for storing over a long period of time. The Color ranges from copper to medium brown with a strong scent of malt, hops, and even the alcohol. I felt  the warmth of the alcohol as you swallow and makes you feel good with a good quality of cheesecake that offer a contrast that will bring all of the flavors together.

Tastey Celebration Ale

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., Unknown — admin @ 5:20 pm

Name of Beer (ie: Downtown Brown): Celebration Ale

Style of Beer (ie: Ale, Lager, IPA, etc..): Ale

Size of Beer (ie: keg, 12 oz bottle, draft, etc…) : 16 oz draft

This ale was great, it has a bit of hoops that hits you right off the head…but then is able to keep you coming back with a smooth malty finish with its heavier and spicer body. I enjoyed this brew with a chicken fried steak meal where they actually pounded ham into the chicken first…along with this my sierra and I enjoyed mashed potatoes and some lightly steamed veggies…all in all I think is a beer that you won’t drink more then one, its strong, spicey and malty…but as a first beer of the night with a meal sort of thing…it works out better then most!
